What is the buyer's credit?

The buyer's credit is a credit for the purpose cashes drawdown in the consumer purposes. The consumer purposes are the purposes which have been not connected with entrepreneurial business. For example, it can be purchase credits of durable goods: mobile phones, furniture, home appliances, cars. Also the buyer's credit for the purpose payments of various services (medical, educational, tourist) is possible. Granting of the monetary buyer's credit is possible, which borrower uses at own discretion. The creditor can be either the trading-service organisation, or the credit organisation. The borrower is the physical person (consumer). In practice, buyer's credits grant basically banks. Buyer's credit granting - not always is favourable to the trading-service organisations, first, because they very often require replenishment of floating assets, secondly, granting of buyer's credits inevitably attracts increase in costs of the enterprise (for example, it is necessary to organise service of collection of the indebtedness, it will be necessary to purchase in addition the necessary software etc.); actually trading-service organisation should attend to not profile activity, after all administration of loans usually a prerogative of banks.
